The texts, photographs, films and technical data on the site present Mabella's quarry, plant and products; they are for information and do not in themselves constitute an offer or a commitment. Natural stone varies from block to block: the pictures and laboratory values on the site describe the stone, they do not guarantee the colour, veining or dimensions of a particular shipment. Binding information for your project — samples, data sheets, prices, delivery times — is given only in a written quotation; the Contact page is the place to ask.

The values on the technical reports pages are taken from the named laboratory's report and are limited to its scope; the reports may not be reproduced in whole or in part without the laboratory's written permission.

Unless stated otherwise, the texts, photographs, films, drawings, logo and marks on the site, and the site's design and software, belong to Mabella or its licensors and are protected by Turkey's Law no. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation. The content may not be copied, reproduced, altered, distributed or published on another site without Mabella's written permission. Short quotations with the source named, and links to the site, are welcome.

The names and logos of SYN Holding, Marsa Medya, Google, Microsoft, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X are the marks of their owners and appear on the site for identification only.

The site links to the sites of SYN Holding, Marsa Medya and the social media platforms. These sites are not under Mabella's control; each is responsible for its own content, privacy practices and terms. A link does not mean that the content of that site is endorsed.

You agree to use the site lawfully and in line with these terms; not to use methods that disrupt its operation, circumvent its security or copy its content in bulk with automated tools; and to give accurate details in the contact form and not to use it for unsolicited messages.

We take care to keep the information on the site accurate and current; even so, it may contain omissions or errors and may be changed without notice. Uninterrupted, error-free access is not promised. To the extent the law allows, Mabella is not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it, from decisions taken on the basis of its information, or from external links. Intent and gross negligence, and your rights under consumer and data protection law, are outside this limitation.
